Jocelyn Amber Selby is a contemporary composer in her final year of study at Carnegie Mellon University. Her work focuses on the genre of Musical Theatre, emphasizing the crossing of contemporary styles with the classic Broadway sound to explore stories of stigmatized topics. A multi-faceted storyteller, Jocelyn also serves as her own lyricist and librettist and enjoys writing literary fiction and plays. Jocelyn draws inspiration from her personal experiences, aiming to help others with her stories the way other musicals and literature have helped her.
