What’s Going On What’s Happening Brother Flying’ High (In The Friendly Sky) Save The Children God Is Love Mercy Mercy Me (The Ecology) Right On Wholly Holy Inner City Blues (Make Me Wanna Holler) Before joining the Eastman faculty in 1997, guitarist Bob Sneider (a graduate of the University of Rochester) toured for several years with Chuck Mangione. Bob has since performed in concert halls and jazz festivals throughout the world. Growing up in Brockton, MA, Sneider’s mentor and teacher was Chet Kruley, a veteran of the Fletcher Henderson and Nat Pierce bands. Sneider frequently appears with the Rochester Philharmonic Pops playing both guitar and banjo. Paul Hofmann was born in Buffalo, NY. His parents were Paul’s first piano teachers, and he went on to study at Eastman where since 2002 Hofmann joined the Eastman Community School faculty teaching composition and jazz piano. Paul has numbered among his students some of today’s best young musicians. Apart from teaching, Hofmann has performed and recorded with many of the finest artists, from baritone Robert Merrill to jazz vocalist Kevin Mahogany. For several decades Bob and Paul have carved out important time for their guitar-piano duo, culminating in 3 acclaimed recordings: Interconnection and Escapade (both Sons of Sound) and Serve and Volley (Origin Records). 3D Tour of Hatch Recital Hall
