The Georgetown University Dance Company (GUDC), currently directed by Faculty Artistic Director, Prof. Raina Lucas, proudly presented their first ever virtual gallery performance, “Sharing Screens: The Times in Which We Find Ourselves,” Dec 2nd-Dec 6th, 2020. Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, the performance was held online and replaced their annual Fall Works-in-Progress showcase. The website gallery featured “dance on film” solos from all 17 company members, 3 student group works, and a work by Fall 2020 Guest Choreographer, Sarah Ewing. Even though the event is now closed, please enjoy this solo selection from the Company’s showcase.
