Meet the Guest Director & Choreographer Angie Schworer is a celebrated Broadway actor whose vibrant stage presence and comedic talent have made her a standout in both musicals and plays. Her extensive Broadway credits include Some Like It Hot (Minnie), The Prom (Angie), Something Rotten!, The Producers (Ulla), Big Fish, Catch Me If You Can, Young Frankenstein, Annie Get Your Gun, Chicago, Sunset Boulevard, Crazy for You and The Will Rogers Follies. At the Metropolitan Opera, she appeared as Jou Jou in The Merry Widow. Her regional work spans a wide range of beloved productions, including Beautiful (Genie Klein), Crazy for You (Irene), 42nd Street (Dorothy Brock), The Cher Show (Georgia/Lucille Ball), Mamma Mia! (Tanya), Disaster! (Jackie), Always a Bridesmaid (Monette), Chicago (Roxie), Sweet Charity (Nikki), Damn Yankees (Lola), The Full Monty (Vicki), Minsky’s (Ginger) and The Will Rogers Follies (Z’s Favorite).
