In remembrance of Maestro Robert Franz (1968 - 2025), the North Star Community Foundation's Healing through Music and Dance program, the Fairbanks Summer Arts Festival, and the UAF Department of Music present a tribute concert on Sunday, Oct. 4 at 4 p.m.
