New Music Delaware, a faculty-led initiative in music of today dedicated to performing and promoting the works of composers of the twentieth and twenty-first centuries, proudly presents the complete performance of "Quartet for the End of Time" (Quatuor pour la fin du Temps) (1940-41) by Olivier Messiaen, given its first premiere in Stalag VIII-a, a German Prisoner-of-War Camp in the World War II, 85 years ago. The concert begins with the film screening of Madrid-based Colombian visual artist Juan Pablo Pacheco's two video essays: Cuerpos Sutiles (2015) and Non Plus Ultra (2015).
