A love story with a fairy twist is the perfect tale for the wry satire and sparkling melodies of Gilbert and Sullivan! The shepherd Strephon, who is fairy from the waist up, longs to marry the lovely Phyllis, the ward of a dimwitted aristocrat, setting the peaceful and just cohort of fairies on a collision course with the ineffectual buffoons of the British House of Lords.
