Every person's career superpowers are waiting to be discovered. Every Avenger (and every professional) has a unique brand that makes them extraordinary in the workplace. This workshop is inspired by the individuality and teamwork of the Avengers to help participants explore their strengths and values, so they can move forward in building meaningful connections and their own professional brand With S.H.I.E.L.D. approved activities and strategies, by the end of this workshop, attendees will be able to: Understand ""what is a professional brand"" and identify at least 2 personal values or strengths, so theu can communicate your brand in the workplaceUpdate and create components of their digital hero profile (aka LinkedIn) to better reflect their professional brand and career interestsDevelop a personalized networking action plan by learning of networking opportunities within the Career Center including how to become involved in mentorship and maintain connectionsTo receive credit for this program, students must log in through Handshake and complete the survey at the end of this session.
