He is the winner of the 2016-17 Luciano Berio Rome Prize, as well as the 2007 Gaudeamus Prize, the first American in over 30 years to win the international young composers' award. His music is regularly performed by top ensembles all over the world. Christopher is currently Assistant Professor of Electronic Music and Digital Media at Louisiana State University.
