SNU 2026 Global Exchange Project Founded in 1959, the Department of Korean Music at Seoul National University has led the advancement of Korean music through education, performance, and research. The program offers students specializations including traditional Korean instruments, composition, theory, and conducting. This year, as it approaches its 70th anniversary, the department is working to expand international exchange projects and strengthen its role as a global hub for Korean music. As part of that effort, SNU has brought traditional Korean music to Indiana, including the February 23 performance at Indiana University and a performance on February 20 at Purdue University.Featuring: Prof. Kyung-A Kim (김경아 교수님) : Piri, Taepyeongso Eun-sun (Sunny) Jung (정은선) : Gayageum Hye-Jin Lee (이혜진) : Pansori Dae-Ho Kim (김대호) : Saenghwang, Piri Jeong-Pin Yoon (윤정빈) : Haegeum Seo-Jeong Kim (김서정) : Traditional Percussion Eui-Jin Kim (김의진): Musicologist & PresenterConcert Program:Piri Solo SangnyeongsanGayageum Solo Chunseol (composed by Hwang Byeong-gi)Saenghwang Solo Minyo Fantasy (composed by Dae-Ho Kim)Haegeum Solo Gyemyeong-gok (composed by Kim Yeong-Jae)Pansori Heungbo-ga: "Bak-taneun Daemok"(Splitting the Gourd)Frontier!(composed by Yang Bang-Ean(Ryo Kunihiko))K-pop Demon Hunters OST GoldenCurtain Call : Eolssiguya (composed by Kim Baek-Chan)
