Led by tango scholar Dr. Kristin Wendland, this workshop offers students experiential learning through simple tango dance steps that articulate key rhythms of the tango art form in 4/4, 2/4, and 3/4 meters. They will also experience giving and receiving nonverbal cues through gestures in the lead-follow partner dynamics. The workshop is open to all interested students to try tango!
