Rachel McClellan (BMus Perf '23) performs the first movement, "Méditation," from Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky's 1878 three-movement work, "Souvenir d'un lieu cher" (Memory of a dear place). In 1880, the "Méditation" was published separately, and has since become well known as an independent piece. Rachel is first prize winner of the John H. Head Atlanta Federation of Musicians Scholarship, and winner of the Alpharetta Symphony Orchestra Concerto Competition. Rachel McClellan, violin Erica McClellan, piano
